Alison Krauss and LeAnn Kymes were the two youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer, songwriter and bluegrass musician. Born on the 23rd of July 1971. As a teenager, she made her debut in the music world and was a winner of local contests from the age of 10 old, and recorded her first album at the age of fourteen years of age. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and made her debut single album, a solo one in the year 1987. The band invited her to join the group with which she still performs Alison Krauss and Union Station as well as releasing her debut album as a band in 1989.
