Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. She comes from the fourth Roberts family to have resided in Atlanta. The story started with her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was an agriculturalist. In the early years of his life, her dad became fascinated by theater. As a college student in Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he took part in numerous shows. He joined the air force in 1953. During his time stationed in Biloxi Mississippi, was cast in a military production that included Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in the air force. The couple got married in 2005 and welcomed their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter was an undergraduate at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In 1957, the couple were discharged from the air force and Walter began his studies at Tulane. In 1960 the family moved into Decatur Georgia where Walter began working with Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter along with Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local television that was aimed at children, named Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964, a project that they funded themselves. They also created an organization that lasted for six years called the Actors and Writers Workshop later that same year. They were joined by Lelisa Billingsley (also called Lisa) as well as Julia (also called Julie) at the time.
